Delivery

Delivery is either by courier Business Post (to business addresses only) or by Royal Mail.

If using the Business Post arrangement (recommended for larger orders with carriage charges of min £9.00) please indicate a safe location where the delivery can be left, should there be no-one to sign.

Extra charges will be made for a second delivery. If the box is found to be damaged in any way please note this on the delivery sheet. Without this no compensation can be obtained from the couriers. We will email the date the order is despatched

Royal Mail deliveries do not require a signature.

Please allow 28 days for delivery, although our orders are usually despatched within 7 days. 24 hour, overnight, and Saturday deliveries are available on both services at extra cost. If you are unsure which service will suit you please contact our office either by email or telephone 01270 842040.

Returns

Items supplied which are found to be damaged on arrival when the packaging is intact, will be replaced if stock is available or a full refund given.

Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, we are required by law to offer a cooling off period of seven working days from the date of your receipt of your ordered goods, therefore should you receive your order and decide some or all of it is not suited to your needs, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, however the following conditions must be met:

1. The item/s must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
2. You must notify us by telephone or email at your earliest convenience, and confirm in writing by letter (and in any case no more than seven working days, after receipt of your goods) that you wish to return them, where upon you will be given instructions on where to return them to.
3. Return postage costs are at your expense.
